Welcome to the Upper Perkiomen Athletic Wall of Fame

CRITERIA FOR SELECTION

To be considered for admission:

1. A coach or administrator who has serviced Upper Perkiomen Athletics or contributed to the athletic program.  Nominees will not be considered until they have retired or resigned from the position a minimum of five (5) years.
2. Any athlete who has succeeded and excelled in their respective sport(s) at the high school and/or college level.  Nominees will not be considered until a minimum of ten (10) years after graduation from Upper Perkiomen High School.
3. Any high school athletic team that has achieved considerable prominence, either locally and/or nationally.  Nominees will not be considered until a minimum of five (5) years after the achievement.

1. Selection of the Wall of Fame will be determined by the Wall of Fame Committee.
2. Nominations will remain active for five (5) years, after that they will be removed but can be re-nominated.

SELECTION PROCESS

1. The selection committee will be composed of:
   1. Director of Athletics
   2. Female Coach
   3. Male Coach
   4. Upper Perkiomen Staff Member
2. Any member of the community, past or present athletic staff, teaching staff and/or administrative staff may submit a nomination form.
3. Nominations must include as much information possible and must be completed on the Google Form found on the Upper Perkiomen Athletics Webpage.
4. The selection committee will select no more than two (2) candidates from the pool and notify the inductees by May.
5. The induction will take place as part of the Blue and Gold Ceremony.
