1991 Matthew Weiss

Matthew Weiss - Class of 1991

Matthew Weiss graduated from Upper Perkiomen High School in 1991. He was a four-year starter in football. As a sophomore he was Second Team All PAC-10 Offense and Honorable Mention All PAC-10 Defense. During his junior year Matt was team captain, Second Team Defense and Honorable Mention Offense and Upper Perkiomen’s Defensive MVP. Asa senior he was again selected captain. Also, Matt was selected First Team Offense and Defense. In baseball he was a three-year starter at catcher. He was Second Team All PAC-10 as a junior and First Team as a senior. He was the MVP his final high school season. Following graduation, Matt attended Lycoming College, where he played football during the 1991-92 season. Matt served as assistant American Legion baseball coach from 1991-93.
